Terms and conditions:

• All prices are plus 20% VAT.

• Prices apply to properties within a 20 mile radius of SK8 postcode, prices for other areas on request.

• All prices are based on average size properties

• A light clean includes: general dusting, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, a general bathroom clean, general kitchen clean including wiping down appliances. Removal of 1 bag of rubbish.

• A deep clean includes: cleaning all internal windows, full clean of all rooms including top dusting i.e. architraves, light fittings, sockets etc., full bathroom clean including tile clean, full kitchen clean including inside cupboards and cleaning of all appliances, including a general oven clean (see additional prices for deep clean to ovens). Removal of up to 3 bags of rubbish.
