*Buddy Up Service - If you would like a social visit with one person for companionship. Make a cup of tea, take time to have a chat.

*Laundry Service - this can be done on your premises, or taken away and brought back on the next visit. Including soiled items with our red bag service

*Working with solicitors for complex probate cases and down sizing.

*Oven, carpet cleaning and upholstery

*Declutter - bespoke service to help clients declutter their home.

*Fogging – Keep properties virus free with our fogging services.

*Gardening – Full gardens or just a tidy up, lawn, hedges, weeding. We also do tree felling and we can supply new fencing and sheds.

*Inventories – Helping you keep stock of your properties and its contents.

*Smoke alarms/CO Detectors - Fire angels 10-year lithium batteries.

*Hoarding – Taking our time and being personal handling each case with care and understanding.

*Drug sweeps – Specialised clean after drug use.

*Downsize removals - No job too small.

*House clearances - If we can donate, things will go to charity.

*Inventories independently done to protect the Land Lord and tenant.

*Gas safety checks also PAT certs and condition tests for electrics a one stop shop for property maintenance and reporting requirements.

PA Services

Working with people who want to learn about technology we can assist with paper work and also help them set up email billing with companies. 

One to one basic computer or mobile phone training to use email and internet, send texts – computers and mobiles made simple).

We can also help to manage household bills i.e. setting up direct debits or standing orders, speaking to people on our client’s behalf.
