Living with Hoarding

We understand that people live with hoarding issues and we offer a bespoke de-cluttering service to assist clients to dispose of their belongings, we ask them to sign a disclosure giving us permission to remove the items from the property and we donate anything we can to charity. We offer a non judgemental service with no medical advice, as we are there to help, we do not offer psychological support.

We appreciate how difficult and stressful this is to our clients so we only make appointments for up to 2 hour slots, so we can take our time and discuss the needs of the client, we find this helps to gain trust and allows the client to still feel in control. We do not charge for an assessment but book a 2 hour slot for the first visit instead.

We recently relocated an elderly lady into her new home, from a bungalow into assisted living, we took care to bubble wrap all her crystal and sat with her while she decided what was to go with her or not. We understand how stressful moving can be, so we destress the situation with our professional, friendly attitude to all situations.
